We’re a husband-and-husband property development team who’ve been working together in property for over eleven years. After completing our first residential flip in Horsham, it became clear this wasn’t a one-off project, it was the foundation of a long-term development business built around quality, design, and delivery.
We began with residential flips across Sussex and Surrey, where we developed a strong understanding of buying well, managing refurbishments, and creating homes that genuinely stand out. That experience has since shaped our approach as we’ve grown our portfolio and delivered projects across London, Manchester, and now Brighton, where we’re focused on building a long-term base.
Our developments in Manchester were delivered in partnership with private investors and have been featured in NRLA Magazine, recognising the quality of our HMO conversions and the value created through thoughtful, design-led refurbishment. These projects transformed underperforming properties into outstanding homes, increased rental demand, improved long-term sustainability, and delivered measurable uplift in property values. Our work has also received industry recognition and award nominations for creating a more sustainable future through responsible development.
Today, we work alongside a small number of private investors to create passive, property-backed income. By combining investor capital with our own, we acquire below-market-value properties, add value through disciplined development, and deliver returns that typically outperform traditional banking options, while maintaining a clear focus on transparency, execution, and capital protection.

Who we are…
Gareth Taylor-Smith
Gareth began his career at 17, joining the Royal Engineers in the British Army, where he completed formal training in carpentry, joinery, and construction. During his eight years of service, he worked on large-scale projects internationally, developing a disciplined, detail-driven approach to construction and project delivery.
After leaving the Army, Gareth founded and grew a plumbing and heating business in Surrey, where he project managed complex, multi-million-pound residential projects and built a highly skilled team. Alongside running the business, he oversaw and delivered full refurbishments on our own development projects.
Today, Gareth applies his technical expertise and operational experience in a project management role, ensuring every development is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standard.
Ben Taylor-Smith
After 18 years in luxury hairdressing, Ben redirected his passion for design into property development, using colour and art to create inviting homes that hold premium rental values. His interior design expertise has helped us achieve the highest room rates in our investment areas and draw competitive offers on properties we’ve flipped.
Now, Ben's primary focus is building strong relationships with investors and delivering competitive returns—he’d much rather see individuals benefit than the banks!
