An existing six-bed HMO in an Article 4 area, which we fully reconfigured internally and converted into a seven-bed modern HMO. The project involved a complete redesign of the internal layouts, a full rewire, and the installation of a new energy-efficient heating system. Each room was finished with its own kitchenette and en-suite, creating a high-quality, contemporary living space throughout.
